Setting the Scene: Arrival and Introductions

10:00 AM – A Warm Welcome

The clock struck 10 when Mr. Ebentera stepped into our Semarang headquarters. It was more than just an official visit; it was an opportunity for him to familiarize himself with the team he’d be working closely with.

  • Meet-and-Greet: Mr. Yusuf, our Head Manager, took the lead, making sure every colleague got a chance to personally meet our COO 2. Attendees spanned various roles, from administration to customer service.

10:00 AM to 11:00 AM – Deep Dive into Operations

Following the introductions, the room transitioned into a more private setting. A focused Q&A ensued between Mr. Yusuf and Mr. Ebentera, delving into the nitty-gritty of job roles and operational nuances.

 

Training and Skill-Enhancement

11:00 AM to 12:00 PM – Empowering the Interns

Mr. Ebentera, with his vast experience, took center stage once again. This time, his audience was the interns of Semarang. With a special focus on Content Writing, he shared insights and techniques, aiming to upskill and empower the budding talents.

12:00 PM to 1:00 PM – Break Time

After a morning packed with interactions and learning, the team at Alter Semarang took a well-deserved break, gearing up for the post-lunch session.

1:00 PM to 3:00 PM – Regular Operations

Post break, it was business as usual. Each team member settled into their roles, continuing with their day-to-day tasks, albeit with newfound insights and inspiration.
